Your name, age, gender, height, weight, and goal weight help personalize your plan, targets, and recommendations.

Steps, calories, workouts, sleep, and heart rate are used to track progress and tailor your daily missions and reports.

Photos you scan and the meals you save are used to estimate nutrition and build your food history. Estimates are approximate.

Progress photos you add power your transformation timeline. They are private to your account and shown only to you unless you choose to share them.

If you connect a device or health service (such as Apple Health, Fitbit, or Garmin), we process the metrics you authorize to keep your stats in sync.

We use your data to run and personalize the app, generate plans and insights, track progress, and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data.

Some features use AI to generate plans, food estimates, and recommendations. These outputs are informational only and may not always be accurate.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Your app data is currently stored locally on your device. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review, export, or delete your data at any time from Profile & Settings and the Privacy & Legal screen.

Deleting your data clears the information stored on your device, including your profile, goals, and daily metrics. This action cannot be undone.

You may request full account deletion. Account deletion will be available when full account authentication is connected.

When you connect third-party services, their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. Review those policies to understand your choices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
